About the Project
Meram Yaka Mansion is a unique mansion project being built in Konya's Meram district, on Yaka Street, right next to the Çalıkuşu Mosque and directly on the street. Situated on a total land area of 3,496.31 m², the project is designed to consist of two detached mansions.
Approximately 2,200 m² of the project is dedicated to landscaping and outdoor living spaces. With extensive garden arrangements, a private swimming pool, a fire pit, and relaxation areas, the aim is for outdoor spaces to be not just complementary, but an important part of life. Thanks to the low-density development concept, privacy, spaciousness, and independent living are prioritized.
The project's exterior will feature a mechanical facade system and will be entirely clad in marble. The aim is to combine the strong and timeless character of marble with contemporary architectural details, giving the mansions a unique and prestigious identity.
At Meram Yaka Konağı, technical infrastructure and living comfort are addressed in accordance with top-segment standards. Smart home systems, advanced heating and air conditioning solutions, security infrastructure, and applications supporting energy efficiency are planned to be integrated into the project.
Each residence will have secure and controlled entry systems and enclosed parking areas. Interior spaces will prioritize spaciousness, high-quality materials, and bespoke details. Master suites, dressing areas, large living and reception areas, and private spaces will be designed to reflect the spaciousness and comfort required for residence living.
