About the Project
Kozağaç Dormitory is a large-scale dormitory project consisting of 120 rooms, located on Kozağaç Street in Konya. Planned within a total area of 7,340 m², the structure has been developed in accordance with a functional and organized living design that will meet the daily needs of its users.
The project's architectural character adopts a simple, strong, and timeless facade language. The exterior features pressed brick cladding, reflecting elements of Dutch architecture, giving the building a characteristic and enduring appearance.
The building's planning prioritizes circulation suitable for a high user capacity, efficient organization of common areas, and daily living comfort. Durability, long-lasting use, and ease of maintenance have been considered in material selection and application details.
