About the Project
Özmen 3 is a boutique-scale residential project located on Çaybaşı Street in Meram, Konya, on a total land area of 609.14 m². The project consists of a total of 6 apartments, all with a 3+1 layout and a usable area of 125 m².
Developed in line with the same architectural and structural principles as Özmen 2, this project features spacious and functional apartment layouts suitable for family life. The limited number of independent units creates a calm and orderly living environment.
The project's exterior facade features pressed brick cladding, reflecting elements of Dutch architecture. The natural texture and timeless appearance of the brick give the building a characteristic and long-lasting facade identity.
The project includes landscaped areas; open space arrangements have been designed to complement the overall architectural character of the building and to support daily life comfort.
Özmen 3, with its boutique structure of 6 apartments, its layout suitable for 3+1 family living, its pressed brick facade character and simple layout concept, is one of Turned Construction's projects that reflects its functional, high-quality and long-lasting building approach.
