About the Project
Lavanta Residences is a modern residential project located on Gaza Street in Konya, on a 5,621.36 m² plot of land, designed for large family living. The project consists of 2 blocks, 4 entrances, and a total of 52 4+1 apartments. Each apartment is planned with a spacious and functional living concept, having a net usable area of 150 m².
To cater to diverse lifestyles, the apartment layouts include both American-style and standard closed-kitchen options. The apartments also feature private areas that enhance daily living comfort, such as en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms.
The project's exterior facade is entirely clad in pressed brick. The facade system utilizes the Ekoklinker brick system, which incorporates a high-density rock wool insulation layer. This system preserves the building's distinctive exterior character while creating a robust building envelope in terms of thermal insulation, durability, and long-lasting use.
Egepen window frames and argon gas glass systems were preferred in the window systems to contribute to heat and sound insulation. Underfloor heating systems were used in the apartments, and heating needs were met with individual combi boiler systems.
The blocks feature spacious elevators suitable for stretcher use, enhancing daily comfort and accessibility. Covered parking areas and landscaping create an organized, safe, and functional living environment within the complex.
