About the Project
Özmen 1 holds a special place in our company history as it was Turned İnşaat's first project in Türkiye. Developed on a total land area of 1,168.13 m² on Çaybaşı Street in Meram, Konya, the project is a mixed-use building combining residential and commercial spaces and was completed in 2004.
The project includes a total of 8 apartments. Four of these are standard 3+1 apartments, and the other four are 5+1 duplex apartments. Thanks to the different apartment types, a functional layout has been created that caters to both standard family living and the need for more spacious living areas.
The ground floor houses two separate commercial units. Each of these shops, approximately 750 m² and 250 m² in size, has been supplemented with equally sized basement floors, significantly increasing their commercial capacity. Thus, the project is not limited to residential functions but has become a strong mixed-use development contributing to the commercial activity on the street.
Özmen 1, with its diverse apartment types, spacious commercial areas, and central location, represents Turned İnşaat's first construction experience in Türkiye and is a significant initial project that forms the foundation for subsequent projects.
