About the Project
Özmen 2 is a modern residential project located on Çaybaşı Street in Meram, Konya, on a total land area of 3,134.01 m². The project consists of a total of 36 apartments, all of which are 3+1 layout type and have a usable area of 125 m².
Apartment designs prioritize functional and spacious interiors suitable for family life. The overall layout of the building considers daily comfort, the organization of common areas, and the integrity of the site.
The project's exterior facade features pressed brick cladding, reflecting elements of Dutch architecture. Thanks to the natural texture and timeless character of the brick, the building has been given a warm, strong, and long-lasting facade identity.
Özmen 2 features enclosed parking areas regulating vehicle use and landscaping that supports site living. A balanced design of open and closed spaces creates a calm, orderly, and functional living environment.
Özmen 2, with its scale of 36 apartments, layout suitable for 3+1 family living, indoor parking, landscaped areas, and pressed brick facade, is one of Turned Construction's projects reflecting its understanding of comfort, functionality, and longevity in construction.
