About the Project
Turned Site is a mixed-use project located on Barış Street in Selçuklu, Konya, combining residential and commercial spaces. The project consists of a total of 24 apartments, all with a 3+1 layout and 125 m² of usable area, as well as approximately 800 m² of commercial space.
The apartment layouts prioritize spacious and functional areas suitable for family life. The large commercial area located on the ground floor ensures that the building is not only a residence but also integrated with the daily life and commercial activity of its surroundings.
The use of ceramic cladding on the exterior facade has given the building a simple, orderly, and long-lasting architectural character. In the facade design, lifespan and ease of maintenance were considered as much as aesthetic appearance.
The project incorporates open parking areas, ensuring efficient vehicle access and meeting daily usage needs. By combining residential and commercial spaces in a balanced manner within the same building, a functional project has been created that caters to the needs of both residents and commercial units.
