About the Project
Turned Villas is an exclusive villa project designed with a modern architectural approach, located on Sultan Abdülhamid Han Street in the Buhara neighborhood of Konya. Built on a total land area of 2,797 m², the project consists of 6 detached villas, each with a 7+1 layout and a net usable area of 350 m².
Each villa has its own private garden area ranging from 200 to 500 m² and an independent entrance. With its spacious interiors, private gardens, and detached living concept, the project is planned to offer a spacious, comfortable, and independent life within the city.
Ceramic cladding was chosen for the exterior facade of the project, and the application was carried out using a mechanical facade system. A moisture barrier was applied over stone wool insulation in the building envelope, followed by a ventilation gap of approximately 15 cm before completing the mechanical facade system. This system aims to provide not only an aesthetically pleasing appearance but also thermal insulation, moisture control, and long-lasting use.
Turned Villas utilize underfloor heating and a cascade system with boilers and water heaters. Each room has independent thermostat control, allowing for individual temperature management of living spaces. ASAŞPEN special series window frames and argon gas glass systems are used to enhance heat and sound insulation performance.
The interiors prioritize unity and a simple appearance. Kitchen cabinets and interior doors are finished with lacquer, while durable and easy-to-use ceramic tiles have been chosen for the floors. The villas also include private areas such as a Turkish bath and sauna, in addition to en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms.
Combining modern architecture, a strong technical infrastructure, high-quality material selections, and spacious private living areas, Turned Villas is one of Turned Construction's projects reflecting its commitment to comfort, detail, and long-lasting construction.
