The project consists of a total of 24 apartments, all with a 3+1 layout and 125 m\u00b2 of usable area, as well as approximately 800 m\u00b2 of commercial space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The apartment layouts prioritize spacious and functional areas suitable for family life. The large commercial area located on the ground floor ensures that the building is not only a residence but also integrated with the daily life and commercial activity of its surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of ceramic cladding on the exterior facade has given the building a simple, orderly, and long-lasting architectural character. In the facade design, lifespan and ease of maintenance were considered as much as aesthetic appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project incorporates open parking areas, ensuring efficient vehicle access and meeting daily usage needs.
