Developed on a total land area of 1,168.13 m\u00b2 on \u00c7ayba\u015f\u0131 Street in Meram, Konya, the project is a mixed-use building combining residential and commercial spaces and was completed in 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project includes a total of 8 apartments. Four of these are standard 3+1 apartments, and the other four are 5+1 duplex apartments. Thanks to the different apartment types, a functional layout has been created that caters to both standard family living and the need for more spacious living areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ground floor houses two separate commercial units. Each of these shops, approximately 750 m\u00b2 and 250 m\u00b2 in size, has been supplemented with equally sized basement floors, significantly increasing their commercial capacity.
