We are continuing our journey, which began in the Netherlands, with high-quality living spaces in Türkiye.

Founded in 1996 in the Netherlands by Metin Özmen, Turned Construction began its journey in the construction sector with renovation and high-quality building refurbishment projects. These efforts, which require accurately understanding the needs of existing structures, carefully evaluating application details, and developing solutions suitable for different building conditions, form the basis of our company's approach.

The practical discipline, technical precision, and detail-oriented work culture acquired in Europe have been transferred over the years to villa, residential, housing complex, commercial area, and building projects of various scales developed in Türkiye. We evaluate these projects, which have different usage needs, with the understanding that architectural design and on-site implementation should be considered as a whole.

Today, Turned Construction continues its operations primarily with projects based in Konya, bringing together its experience in Turkey and the Netherlands in a shared engineering approach. We combine the field experience gained in both countries with a project development approach that takes into account local needs and living habits.

Our approach is not solely focused on producing aesthetically pleasing structures; it is based on considering all technical components of a building, from its load-bearing system and infrastructure to reinforced concrete applications and exterior facade details, with longevity, safety, and performance criteria in mind. We believe that the value of a building is determined not only by its visible surfaces but also by its functionality in daily use and the qualities it retains over time.

For Turned Construction, quality is not an afterthought; it is a fundamental standard that begins with the initial engineering decisions of a project. There is no compromise on high standards in the static system, concrete quality, infrastructure solutions, water and thermal insulation, exterior facade systems, material selection, and application details. Therefore, we evaluate every detail in relation to the structural components that precede and follow it.

We value the harmony between architecture, engineering, and implementation; it is crucial that design decisions are accurately reflected on the ground. We believe that aesthetics and functionality should be considered together in the exterior design, while usage needs and material choices should be considered together in the interior. Our goal is to create living and working spaces that are visually appealing, technically sound, and meet the needs of their users.

The quality culture established by our founder, Metin Özmen, continues today with a second-generation management approach. We combine past field experience with a new generation of architectural, engineering, and project development approaches, while simultaneously prioritizing the preservation of our corporate expertise and remaining open to changing needs.

We aim to maintain the same technical responsibility and attention to detail in every new project, reflecting the work ethic we have upheld since our inception.
